Hi, I am Katka
My first business was for parents and more than ten thousand of them went through it. Two more followed. MaiaForm is the fourth - and the first one I built already knowing which parts of my life it has to fit around.
Before that, years as a management consultant in one of the world's top three firms. Then a certified professional coach. I use both halves every day: the one that builds the strategy, and the one that asks what is actually stopping you from doing it.
Today MaiaForm is a digital agency for women who sell their expertise online - funnels, campaigns, memberships and the tech underneath. Most of our own tooling I build with AI, including the two things on this page.
Three small children, an autoimmune condition and ADHD - my capacity is what it is, and no amount of discipline changes that. So the business has to leverage the hours I do have instead of fighting them: fewer moving parts, only the work nobody else can do, tools carrying the rest. That is why everything here is short, blunt and finishable.
